Return & Refund Policy

At Home Tonnie, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for eligibility, procedures, and conditions.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • The product is unused and uninstalled

  • It remains in its original, unopened packaging

  • It shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Please note: Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery do not qualify for return. This especially applies to large appliances.


How to Request a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Send an email to support@hometonnie.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions, including the return shipping address

Returns must be authorized before they are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

The return must be sent to the facility address we provide during the return approval process.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for:

  • Large appliances

  • Bulk/commercial orders returned without a valid product defect

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
