All orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping services within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times – United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Mainland USA (Lower 48 states): 2 to 12 business days

  • Hawaii and Alaska: 7 to 12 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may be impacted by item availability, courier schedules, weather, and regional logistics.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use reliable delivery partners such as UPS, FedEx, and third-party freight services for larger items.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your items.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has left our facility.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@hometonnie.com to begin a claim.

We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
